Consumer Health Products Canada is the national industry association representing manufacturers, marketers, and distributors of consumer health products (which includes over-the-counter medications / nonprescription medicines and natural health products). We are committed to working with our members, the broader health care sector, and governments to build an environment that improves the opportunities for people to manage their own health through the responsible use of safe and effective consumer health products.

The Association's members are at the forefront of the industry in Canada, accounting for the majority of sales in Canada's $4.7 billion consumer health products market. Our members range from small businesses to large corporations and their products are fairly well proportioned between natural health products and over-the-counter medications. 

CHP Canada (formerly known as NDMAC) has been the leading advocate for the consumer health products industry for over 110 years.

	CHP Canada and its partners have implemented the Meth Watch Program across Canada to help curtail the theft and suspicious sales of pseudoephedrine products and other common household commodities used in the illicit manufacturing of methamphetamine in small, underground labs.
