As speakers on Day 1 of the 2013 Fall Conference, Grace and Bob will be presenting Health as a Paradox: We all know what to do, but we don’t do it. Why? Is the consumer actually health-driven? What drives their behaviour? There is an opportunity for marketers to influence consumer behaviour more actively by understanding the consumer within the broader aspects of health management, not just disease treatment. We will explore six dimensions of decision-making, including Experience, Psycho-Social, Quality of Life, Knowledge, Influencers and Supporters, and Decision Conflicts. By understanding these factors, marketers will be better equipped to influence consumer purchase decisions.
