The Benefits of Hand Washing
Is it important to wash your hands? Simply put, yes. Frequent hand-washing is one of the best ways to avoid getting sick and spreading illness. You can spread certain “germs” casually by touching another person. You can also catch germs when you touch contaminated objects or surfaces and then you touch your face (mouth, eyes, and nose).
Hand-washing is easy to do and it requires only soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
