Given how much time we spend at work, practising healthy habits in the workplace is essential to overall health and well-being.
Did you know that Canadians invest a great deal of their time and energy in doing their jobs? Statistics Canada (2009) reports that the average employed Canadian spends 36 hours a week at work.
