Meet our Associate Member Spotlight for February: Quality & Compliance Services Inc.

The “Associate Member Spotlight” is a chance for CHP Canada to highlight to Active members and the consumer health products industry the Associate members who have contributed to the achievements of CHP Canada and the success of the consumer health products industry as a whole.

Each month a different Associate member will be put in the “spotlight”. This will include being featured on our website homepage, blog, and e-newsletter, outlining the fantastic services and/or products the Associate member has available to our Active membership.

This month’s “Associate Member Spotlight” goes to Quality & Compliance Services Inc. (Q&C) for their continued contributions and long-standing involvement with CHP Canada and the consumer health products industry. Congratulations Q&C!

We conducted a short interview with Deborah Campbell, President of Quality & Compliance, which will provide a better understanding of what this great company has to offer:

1. Tell us about Quality & Compliance Services Inc.

Q&C is the largest full service consultant and importer for Health Canada regulated drugs, natural health products and medical devices. We bring over 20 years of experience to our clients, providing expert consulting on regulatory and compliance matters, including industry best practices, assistance passing inspections and audits, and expert guidance for drug importation into Canada.

We employ over 50 proprietary checklists to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of documents, speed and efficiency of processing, and overall technical completeness.

Our proven methodology and vast experience ensure valid and reliable information that is quickly accessible and 100% accurate.

Every client receives a customized team bringing deep expertise, complimentary skill sets, and built in back-up to every project.

We wrote the book on compliance… literally. Over 150,000 Blue Books have been published and used worldwide since 2002.

We’re known by the company we keep and the results we deliver. Close to 70% of our business is repeat.

A commitment to quality is at the core of everything we do and is backed by our Health Canada licenses and ISO registration.

2. What are the biggest challenges you face as a consulting company in Canada?

There is a difference between the regulations as they are written, how they are interpreted and how they are enforced. Inconsistent enforcement is difficult on the industry.

3. Tell us one thing about Q&C that the consumer health products industry might not know about you.

We have been in business for over 20 years and hire only full-time employees, which allows us to ensure you receive the highest level of consulting services. We hold Health Canada licences to import drugs, natural health products and medical devices.

4. Tell us how you became involved with CHP Canada.

We have many colleagues and clients who are actively involved with CHP Canada, and they encouraged us to become active.
